Ray Benenate has an extensive background in the real estate business. After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in the fields of real estate and finance, he began his career in Santa Barbara residential real estate sales. Ray then took a position with a national motel chain, purchasing property across the United States.

After leaving the motel business, Ray began his career in residential real estate, working closely with clients to achieve their real estate goals.

Ray's knowledge, commitment to integrity and service, along with his positive attitude on life, will help solve your real estate needs.

Ray has lived and owned houses in Santa Barbara, Carpinteria, and Santa Ynez. He has raised three grown children.

Ray is active in the Santa Barbara lifestyle and now lives on his boat in the Santa Barbara harbor.
